  1. How does the wording of the First Minister’s announcement with references to the claim of right and the authority of the referendum with respect to the constitution play into what Salvo and the SSRG are pursuing?

    My first reaction is that there is a blurring of the lines between the two with the distinct possibility that the SNP just lost the ability to control or at least manage the process. In other words, the independence horse is now out of the starting gate but will the SNP be able to stay in the saddle.

  2. Holding the public meetings away from the cities in places like Larbert, is a very clever innovation, indeed, and will pay dividends for the movement in the fullness of time.
