Excellent from Calton Jock

Well will the SNP SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT do anything about the severe attacks on FREEDOM OF SPRECH in Scotland that are now so evident? The Scottish Government’s greatest responsibility is to protect the freedoms of its citizens. There can be no greater freedom than to protect freedom of speech. It is completely unacceptable to allow this to continue unchallenged.

I did not plan to publish another article on this site until tomorrow but this article changed my mind and deserves the widest audience possible. Proud to help.

Best Wishes and thanks to Calton Jock

I am, as always

YOURS FOR SCOTLAND.

  1. Calton Jock’s forensic attention to detail is admirable as ever. I differ in two minor details.
Firstly, the lead for an operation like this would be Thames House, not Vauxhall Cross (purview dear boy).
Secondly, and most critically if we are to join the dots, Foggy Bottom is employed as a cut-out. The British Secret Intelligence Services can’t afford to have their fingerprints detected at Jackson’s Entry, hence the US State Department provides plausible deniability.
The vehicles through which influence is peddled includes the State Department’s, International Visitors Leadership Program and the British American Project.
Calton Jock’s cast of characters is accurate, particularly Gethins and the Smith clan (mother and daughter), all are demonstrably spooks.
A grudging admiration to the forethought of the operation planners (albeit they have an effectively limitless budget), they have all the bases covered. Recently, the SNP heir apparent, Cambridge educated Kate Forbes attended the Liverpool conference of the British American Project.
For those interested in nuts-and-bolts of this covert, American angle there’s an interesting essay in Lobster #85.

    1. The gravestone of the late John Smith can be found on the Isle of Iona, amongst Scottish kings and noblemen. Quite an achievement for a mediocre constituency MP who never made it to prime minister. I suppose it makes up for not being ennobled in real time.

  2. Left a comment elsewhere. Thanks Iain. Of course we’re infiltrated, why wouldn’t we be?
The world is full of spooky b*stards. My soul doesn’t get it. MacRae was a thorn, a dangerous one, easily disposed of. Salmond stitch up nearly happened, and we all know the rest. Alphabetties still in situ. Our children are being manipulated into perverted behaviour by them. As for John Smith, my 90 plus mother still pondering why he was buried on Iona. Head shake.

  3. One convinced patriot is worth multiple numbers of the oppressor’s salaried thus relatively detached employees. Because our patriot, unlike them, doesn’t work standard office-hours and is in possession of a hugely superior knowledge of the socio-political, cultural and psychological terrain contested, even with the introduction of naked and wholly counter-productive coercion on the part of the oppressor, his default structural-ignorance will eventually prove his downfall on every conceivable front. Those with an interest in the history of anti-colonial struggle will already know as much, of course.

  4. The Scottish government are clearly against government transparency, as has been judged in court recently, but I have no idea what ‘sprech’ is, and I have no idea why the SIS/MI6 would be in the slightest bit interested in the SNP. For the sake of conn. story accuracy possibly you meant MI5, but who knows (or cares)? A four sentence opinion piece?

  5. We need to look at ” All under one banner ”

” All under one banner ” cancelled many voices and different views on what independence should look like.

Allowed the SNP to get away with murder.

  6. Hi Iain, Facebook have put a message saying they will suspend me for ‘gathering sensitive information’ or ‘sharing malicious messages’. I think this must be to do with trying to share Yours for Scotland. I’ve been having trouble this past week or so. Not sure what to do about it but will have a think. I wonder if anyone else has been affected by this? Best regards Anne-Lynne

  7. The UK state is in a covert all out attack against Scottish independence.

This article brings out how free speech and independence blogs like YFS are stifled and suppressed.

But it’s not just suppression and manipulation of communication because the dark arts are extant in every other aspect of our lives. The police, the judiciary, our educational establishments and indeed in all areas of control and influence.

Old books now but very worth a read are those of military man Brigadier General Sir Frank Kitson who ran many anti independence campaigns in colonies from Kenya, to Cyprus to many other campaigns including running the Northern Ireland campaign in the early 70s.

His books tell of the strategy and tactics of infiltrating, interfering and influencing every facet of a, society trying to secure independence. Media manipulation creating your own media, hearts and minds, using the police and justice system to jail political opponents and in fact everything below symmetrical warfare.

One military example of just how dirty the Brit strategy can be was the placing of a bomb on a school bus in Rhodesia to discredit the independence movement.

But with the Brit infiltration deep into the IRA another Brit trick was to have agents advance the timers on bombs so that warnings would be inadequate causing evacuating civilians to be caught in the blast.

No wonder they called Northern Ireland the dirty war. And that horrible holocaust was only a few miles from us.

Thankfully we, are not at that stage and hopefully never will be but it reinforces, or should reinforce how deep the Brit state operates.

The manipulation of the media, the taking down of blogs, the attempted and actual jailing of independence supporters, the hollowing out of the SNP, or even the murder of political activists like Willie MacRae is all in play.

And yes with modern technology they know every thing about us as Cambridge Analytical exposed.

Iain’s piece is timely and a wake up call as to where we are as a society headed, or in fact have headed.
